I don’t know why these things still surprise me. Why is this kind of rhetoric acceptable, but - for example - referring to male boxers in the women’s Olympic competition is prohibited by IOC guidelines?

Absolutely this. I think the account is quite sincere - and to be fair, the rest of the signs are not like this one. I’m just surprised they picked this one to include, especially when they describe the thread as “edited”!

It's not even the maddest sign, though. There's one that says "I love tits & chopping them off." There's another one parroting the lie about 16 dead trans kids.

And don't let's forget, as ever, "Queers for Gaza."

Funny how their signs are all either paranoia that the world is out to kill them, or thinly-veiled demands that other people should sexually service them.
