There is a YouTuber called Ezra Butler who is F to M trans and despite having previous dysmorphia issues and ED, Ezra managed to be put on testosterone and have top surgery in the space of 6 months through Gender GP, all while sharing the joy with thousands of young followers!

Absolutely criminal

I run a medical practice and we have long refused to engage with these. The problem is they are much cheaper than legit sites so desperate people get angry we won't touch them. I agree with need for quality counselling regardless of provider.

This ghoulish couple and their henchmen are cruelly influencing and taking advantage of desperate people and now they can do it with even lower overheads (and accuracy) thanks to software. Revolting, avaricious, and dangerous.

They were appalled to discover that the online clinic they trusted as the experts in transgender medicine is now using artificial intelligence to influence their course of treatment. The website, which is registered in Singapore, is transferring its “care” of a vulnerable group of people, many of whom have complex mental health issues, from advisers to algorithms. Not only that, but it has admitted in a statement to its subscribers, many of whom pay hundreds if not thousands of pounds to access off-label prescriptions for masculinising and feminising hormones, that it had switched to this new “next generation” system without telling them.

That's exactly what I copied to paste here. How on Earth can using AI to diagnose and prescribe drugs be in any way ethical, let alone legal? Does Singapore allow remote diagnosis and that's why they've hosted their website there?

They're utterly despicable.
