It means girls can do some skating. The fact that its for "females" as well as trans and non binary identities means the girls don't have to sign up to a trans or non binary identity in order to take part.
The boys who go (due to having a trans or nb identity) may well end up peaking the girls, because thats what seems to be happening with young people atm

This annoys me because I never see it the other way round. Male, nb and trans. So you can tell the thought process that resulted in it -

well meaning organiser: ooh we should do female only sessions to encourage girls in sport!
DEI person (or organiser’s own well-meaning conscience): wah wah but trans inclusivity!
well meaning organiser: of course! It must include anyone who claims to not be male! I’m no bigot!
<proceeds to write “female, trans and nb” on poster thereby showing that they clearly understand what female means and would be flamed for transphobia by any self-respecting TRA>
