I would hazard a guess it's real and the language used is clearer than transwomen, because many (understandably) are unclear what that word means.

I reckon it's been mocked up by a GC woman to highlight the centre's (actual) stance, because they would no doubt have worded it in a much more mealy-mouthed way if they were making their own stickers, or more likely, kept quiet about it cos they don't give a shit whether women/girls are upset by unexpectedly encountering men there, but God forbid they upset the men with identities by pointing out that they are NOT exactly the same as women and girls, and by alerting the women who would prefer to avoid them.

Somebody (either an employee or a local terf) knows that there are still people who don't understsnd that a transwoman is male so has printed out stickers to explain the realities to customers.
