Evidence that when people live their lives on and via social media they lose touch with everyday reality and the consequnces of it. Everything becomes hyperbolic, symbolic, and inflated out of all proportion: out of touch with real life, people and relationships.

Because they’re on the left and the establishment are on the left. It should be obvious to all that the U.K. has two tier policing.

I suspect that giving these kind of people sufficient airtime is going to be an important aspect of the sensible portion of the US population to stop sticking their heads in the ‘be kind’ sand and start asking questions about the ideologies these activists are promoting.

I don't think the average trans person thinks like this person. They are just a nasty, inadequate loudmouth on Twitter.

They might be pretty representative of some of the other activists in this space, however.

It amazes me that ordinary trans people aren’t shouting from the rooftops that these activists do not represent them. But they are probably extremely fearful of the kind of vicious backlash they’d suffer - in real life as well as online.

I remember a few trans people speaking out that have lived that life from way before it became a big thing as it were. They got so much abuse at the beginning of all this madness they just shut up after that.

I heard about all the praising of Osama Bin Laden by young people on Tik Tok. It’s bizarre this has become a thing.

I read somewhere that the Guardian version was heavily edited to remove a lot of the homophobia and gloating about killing people.
