The Guardian has a track record of pushing alternative sexual practices and fetish as mainstream practices...
For a while they were promoting polyamory and open relationships, I suppose weird fetishes are right up their street.
This isn't about someone enjoying their fetish in private/their own home though which would be perfectly fine, it is about someone harassing other people in public places which is completely inappropriate.
I hope this man gets the mental health support he needs but the priority should be to make sure they no longer are loose in the community and scaring people.
And yes there is no way a woman would do this. Again it is just the Guardian being their usual ridiculous self...
It is funny because I am a liberal lefty but I absolutely hate the Guardian and what it stands for these days.
