A caramel wafer can identify however it likes - but what rate of tax is on it? A jaffa cake is a zero rated cake, what's a caramel wafer?

i can't work out caramel wafers from this though. Unless they are "Biscuits coated with caramel or some other product that do not resemble chocolate in taste and appearance" in which case they are zero rated.
