Judgement in Mermaids v Charity Commission tribunal expected in days

This is the case where Mermaids challenged the Charity Commission's decision to give charitable status to the LGBA.

Don't have any more detail at the moment, but thought you'd all be interested. It's been a four month wait already.

Naaah, he will be furiously venting his hate on twitter as we speak.

Didn't realise how sick i felt about this until the result came out. Then it was just a massive release of pent up stress.

Brilliant. Unthinkable that they would have lost but in these days of Stonewall captured judiciary, we can never be certain.

Hope LGBA get all their costs paid.

I'm going to say as soon as the full judgment is released and they can go through it line by line, twisting each and every out of context sentence.
