How to connect with other gc women in Canada?

I’m in BC and while I’ve lived here most of my life I do not have a soul here who is gender critical. My friends have a variety of reactions, from apathy to full-on twaw. A friend who teaches science to teens told me today that “there are many different permutations of xy chromosomes that can lead to a variety of gender expressions”. I mean, good grief.

I’d love to speak to women in my time zone, but don’t know how to go about finding any. I feel like the last feminist in the village 😬

@Bonkersworknonsense I think it might just be because the other panelists live in Nanaimo. There are also a lot more sceptical/sensible people further up the island. After what went down at the Victoria 1 million march event, can you even imagine MM speaking in Victoria? I'd definitely be terrified to attend. I am thinking of attending the Nanaimo event. Still nervous, but I want to show support.

Also, I met Meghan in a nail salon this summer while she was visiting her sister! I spotted her through the window and went in to say hi. She looked nervous until I said I was a fan, then she burst out laughing in relief. I imagine she's always on high alert when people approach her in BC. We had a good chat but I definitely interrupted her manicure for too long!
