Can't see this shared yet.
"The advert said the speak-out champion would “be responsible for improving confidence amongst our employees in being able to speak openly about their experiences”. Except for those pesky women of the oldfashioned kind, I bet.

I am startled by the lack of due diligence.

If the CPS did this appointment after conducting due diligence then that's worth knowing.

I'd missed this thread sorry, just posted about it. Who do we complain to about the CPS not doing due diligence. I want to write a letter.

So this person will ensure that females be allowed to 'speak openly about their experiences' will they?

Would, I wonder, there be an enthusiastic appointment of someone from an extremist group who had openly made public their strong prejudice against a large group of the populace?

Wtaf are the police and CPS on?

Artichokeleaves · 02/06/2022 12:26

Sorry: I meant any other extremist group.

I could name some, but I'd be deleted, since the hope is if no one's allowed to say it then no one will know.

CPS Chief Max Hill plus your MP. (My intention.)

I've just spotted this column in The Times, by Janice Turner, "Civil servants are being fed gender drivel
What passes as ‘training’ on trans issues turns out to be anti-scientific nonsense with little regard for existing laws"

There seems to be a wider Civil Service problem:

The job advert implies it is an EDI role, what about the other 8 protected characteristics?
