Is anyone live following the Judicial Review brought by Fair Play for Women regarding the recording of sex in the 2022 Scottish Consensus?

I'm assuming it's allowed to be discussed as FPFW have been allowed to live tweet it.

I imagine he is choosing every word with care as there will be some very detailed scrutiny of his judgement and possibly an appeal.

Is this not a Judicial Review? Can JR'S be appealed?

I thought they couldn't and that's why Ann Sinnot's JR was such a farce because the judge's nonsensical position couldn't be appealed?

The question is how much 'training' has the judge been receiving from Stonewall etc all? We now know that gender intelligence provided dubious training to judges complete with false suicide stats.
