I hope this case receives the proper mainstream media attention it deserves.
The Scottish media can be woefully silent.
In the run up to the most recent Scottish elections, my Scottish family and friends seemed to have little or no idea about the SNP/ Green stance.
There is so much resting on this, most of all for Marion obviously but it needs to be kept in the mainstream spotlight

I think it's one step up from outright fabricating quotes. It's slicing and dicing and removing context.

One of the more robustly phrased tweets is in reference to Aaron Campbell, who raped and murdered six-year-old Alesha MacPhail. I'm personally morally opposed to the death penalty, but Miller's comments are very similar to comments I've heard from other people in person, in response to horrific crimes.

Obviously TRAs have stripped it of all context and I suppose are trying to suggest Miller is referring to a trans person.

Fairly sure if Marion was a transphobic bigot that Joanna Cherry would not be risking her reputation by choosing to defend her.

Finally, this is a live case so probably should not be risking prejudicing anything.

Many of the tweets are in no way related to trans people but are still being presented out of context as transphobic hate crime.

Some people are obviously concerned that Marion is going to have an excellent legal team.

Probably best to look at the archives to see what she is refering to, rather than just taking her words out of context and using them in isolation. It's always best to see the bigger picture.

I find it fascinating how it's seemingly perfectly acceptable (to some) for wrong thinking women to have to put up with all of the following:

-threats of rape
-threats of death
-threats of having their jaws booted off (curb stomping)
-gun threats
-homophobic abuse/sexual harassment
-being punched in the head for attending a meeting
-threats of the venues where they plan to hold meetings being bombed
-being reported to the police and arrested in front of their children for calling someone a pig
-being discriminated against and sacked for believing in biological sex
-suffering threats so severe they have to hire security to escort them around Uni, or hire security for their homes

...and that's all hand waved away like it's nothing. It doesn't count.

Yet a woman says something (and as always, it's taken out of context to suit the narrative) and that's what's sickening?
