Amazing news for Marion Millar. Awful that she's been put through this, but Joanna Cherry on side must be a bit of a boost.

It's really good news. Does anyone else here understand how the system works in Scotland? The early reports said that a report was being sent to the procurator fiscal. Does that mean that the procurator fiscal has to decide whether to go ahead with the prosecution?

I'm confused by this too. My understanding was that the police passed it on to the PF, who decided whether to pursue. But I thought there was already a court date set prior to going to the PF?

Oh, I'm looking forward to reading the court transcripts
