TW in Limerick prison wants their sentence reduced

Apparently 6 years is too long after they were convicted of assaulting their 4 year old stepson over a two year period.

Also in the appeal the courts should have taken into account that prison is so hard when you’re trans.

We have such a problem with institutions in this country, and untouchable castes. Zero regard for some people. Women and children to be precise.

The 3rd transwoman was convicted for assaulting 3 men. One victim had a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. But, despite assaulting 3 men, the transwoman was described in court as being vulnerable.

@Cailleach1 the first two are. The third was violent in a pub ( fractured a man’s skull)

This is insane. How can fully grown adults, apparently with experience in law and order not know manipulation when they see it.

The subject of the thread is obviously a well experienced and manipulative groomer and this is something anyone with half a brain and even the slightest experience of human nature could have predicted form the start.

Why people like this enabled to play they system so artfully? This is such a betrayal of Irish women, and that poor little boy and his mum, 6 years? FFS
