There were two threads on this topic, but I can't seem to access either of them.

Anyway, I've started another one. Who has received their copy with the fab posters? Mine just arrived this morning. Smile

I'm quite surprised at how much material is in the magazine! Will take a while to get through it all. Pretty awesome.

What a pleasure - wonderful graphics, some insightful and challenging writing. Am steadily working my way through - and deciding where I am going to display some of the posters.

Throughout this whole shitstorm, it has been wonderful to see the re emergence of an impassioned, vibrant woman centred feminist movement and Radical Notion encapsulates it.

I've ordered last night just the first issue as am broke but hope to get a proper sub asap (I used to work in a literary magazine subs are ESSENTIAL) looking forward to it.

I ordered an annual subscription and art last week; I'm assuming it will include the first issue, rather than beginning from the next edition.
Looking forward to whatever comes!

still waiting but didn't order until about a month ago and got an email today saying some being sent out Mon so will give it another week

Just seen on Twitter that they have changed distributors so hopefully that means I'll get it soon.

Did they go ahead and print more first issues? I know they sold out when they had printed 1500, which is fantastic news. There was talk on twitter of doing a second print run.

Mine came a couple of days after most people got theirs. It's a beautiful volume, and the essays and articles are really thought provoking. Enjoyed the one about boundaries (by a classicist), and the one called our fathers who aren't in heaven. And the review of 'female'. But lots of others are great too & I haven't finished reading yet.

It's also really good value even though it seems like alot for a magazine, it's not a magazine, it's a book of collected essays, poems, illustrations etc.

I'm delighted to have one and the posters. It feels a bit like the start of something important, it's for women by women with no need for dilution of women's issues.

They will build a community and who knows what will come from that.

You can kick women off of twitter, but, you can't shut us up. It's exciting.

Mine arrived last week or the week before - outside UK. So pleased with it. I realize I mostly read very short articles and comments on internet nowadays, so feels healthy to read some longer pieces and in a more relaxed and deliberate way. Also it's a beautiful publication, good quality paper, nice to hold and look at.

I'm really enjoying the magazine, but I think it's been formatted poorly. On most pages, the writing is too close to the spine, so I have to pull the magazine to read it. I don't want to pull it as it's so pretty!

Notcis I noticed that too. Its the only thing that needs adjusting - a wider centre margin. otherwise it's beautiful and many of the articles really interesting. I'm looking forward to the letters page.
