I’m British, and have lived in the US, west coast, for over 20 years. I voted today for Joe, but I’ve started to feel more and more pushed out, due to certain groups taking precedent.

I saw this on Twitter from Chrissy (yes, I know) but WTAF. “It’s insane what our fears are if we lose, compared to their fears if Biden wins. like we will prob all die or be handmaids and they’re worried about bathroom safety”. And the comments too OMG.

I know Chrissy and her husband John legend are Democrats and this is par for the course. But seriously, safeguarding women and children means this little that she’d make a comment like this. Why is it so hard to explain to the uber woke?

Also, I did want to mention, they recently suffered a loss of pregnancy, and as a fellow bereaved mother, I do feel for them very much. It’s just devastating and never leaves, you only learn to live with it. ❤️

I hope, if the Dems get in, that some sense prevails, especially as it looks like it’s going to be a close call.
If Biden gets in and goes full woke, there’s a high chance he won’t get a second term, and that somebody even worse than Trump will be making themselves at home in the WH in five years time.

You can't have it both ways, you can't say on the one hand women are much more supportive of gender ideology, but that Karen's are responsible for voting in Trump.
The latter isn't true by the way, men preferred Trump by a 12 point margin. It's just another area where obfuscation and confusion reign and gender ideologists will use whatever 'facts' they feel best suit their case at the time. Mostly to justify criticising women.

None of your posts makes sense. Emmett Till was murdered by men, not a woman. The stress in that situation was the Jim Crow laws - again, not the responsibility of women. Why are you making a woman responsible for the actions of men?

Because on her deathbed, she admitted she lied about Emmett Till. He wasn't causing any problems at all. Standing up for your rights is different than creating problems that aren't there.

Effin furious about the coverage here nobody on the radio is talking about the shit that has reined down on US women from the Left. Add to this the demand to defund the police. So if you are a victim of domestic violence you you gonna call? add in young women losing sports scolarships to trans girls, add in BLM's demand to abolish the family. THE LEFT MAKE TRUMP LOOK GOOD.

People want to defund the police to put more money into other fields that can help people. Mental health workers for one. They want to create a better team system and yes including police.

And about karen, I'm just saying not all women are a Karen. In order to be a Karen, you have to be making up lies or making a big deal over petty things when you typically let it slide when it is someone you like.

Blueberries men don't engage in domestic violence because of 'mental health' issues they do it because they can.

Trump is bad but the left makes him look better than them. And the misogyny of the left means they lose even more votes from women. At this rate it will be thiry years plus before there is another Democrat in the Whitehouse.

And it's shit like this which is why many "Karens" have turned away from liberal politics. All I have heard from US left leaning commentators over the last year is Karen, Karen, Karen. Somehow "Karen" is responsible for all the world's ills. It's Karen who has been oppressing black people and stopping young people getting on the housing ladder. We'll just conveniently forget that for half of the last 30 years, Democrat men were in the driving seat of political reform, not Karen. Just to let you know I am all for private spaces for women or at least make it more private for them. I wish public stalls did not have gaps in them and I never liked changing my clothes in front of the girls either. I will leave it to those who don't mind it. He apparently touched her hand or something fairly innocuous sounding, but under Jim Crow laws, this was forbidden. Are you (falsely) claiming that she ordered her husband to go and kill him? Once again for the hard of thinking: she was not responsible for her husband's actions, or the climate in the South that allowed her husband to get away with it, or the coercive control/domestic violence he exercised over her. It's typically misogynist to suggest that women are responsible for the actions of men.

As for all the Trump comments. You do realise that most of the women who are vocally GC on these boards are left leaning, ex Labour. The women the left should be falling over themselves to court, but who have, instead, driven away with their rampant and naked hatred of females with the temerity to assert their rights and boundaries. Most of us are not enamoured with Trump or Boris. We don't like what they do. But at least it is in plain sight. Their misogyny is not dressed up as progress. Most of us are completely disenfranchised.

Emmett Till was killed by organised white suprematists, as part of a policy to use violence to intimidate black people. White southerners with a particular ideology, organizing politically around that ideology, with a political wing and a military wing. Men and women organizing together, with men in the leadership roles. Part of their narrative was that lynchings happened spontaneously, as a response to black violence, and in order to protect white women. This wasn't true.

It was carefully planned terrorism, not the result of a woman getting upset and going crying to her menfolk, and forcing them to violence in response.
