I am really not sure how I feel about this. I think not terribly good.

Because it's easier to type top surgery than double masectomy?

No, that's not it.

It’s a little easier on the mind though isn’t it? A little easier to use in conversation without alerting people to the truth.

Have any men been known to lactate?
Properly lactate? No. Here's an analysis of a widely-reported case of a 'breastfeeding man'.
TL:DR version -

  1. The man was on a cocktail of prescription drugs, one of which stimulated his breasts to produce small amounts of a watery milk-like liquid;
  2. No analysis was made of the 'milk';
  3. The amounts reportedly produced were insufficient to feed a baby;
  4. A paediatrician's report claiming the baby was healthy and well-fed was quoted, but never produced for inspection;
  5. Nobody actually saw the baby;
  6. The two 'researchers' behind the report were running a transgender clinic that was treating the man.

I think there was a statue of the Virgin Mary that supposedly did... wasn’t there also a statue of Ganesh who cried milk?

Woman breastfeeds baby, how amazing, I've never heard of that before!

I just hope to god she isn't taking hormones that could harm the baby.
