Thanks for the link to the LGB Alliance guidance. It suggests as a response to Q1 to mention the lack of a definition of 'living in an acquired gender'. I didn't see this mentioned in the other guidance (although I could have missed it), but I think it is underpins how insane this law would be.
I've been writing my own response today, and I thought this was one of the most important points. What does it mean to live in an 'acquired gender', and how can anyone check whether someone is actually living in their acquired gender (which would be the basis of a prosecution for a false declaration)?
Without a definition of exactly how someone would live in their acquired gender and how anyone could check they were actually doing so, there is no possibility of anyone ever being prosecuted for making a false declaration.
