According to The Times JustGiving have suspended the website for the new LGB Alliance.

Why??? What can be done to address this?

In the long run this malicious attack shines a spotlight on why the LGB alliance is needed. The increased publicity once the justgiving page reopens for donations will result in many more people hearing about the initiative, and happily dipping into their pockets to show support.

It was GoFundMe that would not allow a fundraiser for Murray, the Aberdonian schoolboy who was expelled for insisting there were only two genders. (The YouTuber who caused the video to go viral wanted to help Murray find alternative education.)

Crowd Justice seems to work for legal cases, but who else can be relied on?

It's beyond ridiculous that they are taking so long to "investigate" this.

I would suggest PayPal or direct debit, but I'm pretty sure I've read about PayPal deciding to close accounts unfairly without the right to appeal, and didn't the Co-op bank decide to close the account of a feminist group they accused of wrong think a couple of years back?

Discriminating against homosexuals is against the law, but we might have to take one of these discriminatory companies to court before the rest wise up and realise that the Stonewall law they've paid lobby groups to train them in does not really correspond to current UK law.

It was on low 20-something % of target when I donated earlier, on 40% now. Average donation £28.
