Any Irish feminists who might be interested... Classic hits replay of the Niall Boylan show from today. JY talking about her case.

I feel really bad for Yaniv. From the interviews, the tweets, etc, they is clearly very unwell.

Now I don't. We are all too familiar with predators who have MH diagnoses and/or PDs. This doesn't excuse them. I would be surprised if Mick Philpot, mentioned above, doesn't have identifiable personality disorders. So what?

My sympathy is all with the victims.

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 23/07/2019 06:31

Thanks so much for the transcript, miri1985. It was an ace interview. JY put up a stellar performance if showing listeners that the emperor has no clothes was the objective.

Pudner · 23/07/2019 06:36

I have to say I despise Niall Boylan but he played a blinder on this one.

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 23/07/2019 07:24

JY's pure arrogance and life in their weird little bubble drove him to think he would just be accepted without exception.

He had nothing. It was beautiful!

While we're talking about JY's audio guest appearances, how about some babyvoice sex chat?

I'm delighted because Irish TRAs and their fans have fought so hard to suppress debate and discussion on this. They love their silly vexatious litigations too and Yaniv's case is the logical conclusion of this insanity.

DanaPhoenix · 23/07/2019 08:07

Er I’ve heard that audio Buzz just going to say it is seriously creepy... this from a horror movie fan.

That poor young girl. It’s rapey, stalkerish and just ugh. Shudder.

GirlDownUnder · 23/07/2019 08:08

Buzz I'm not clicking that link because I've a very strong suspicion I'll hear Elmo feat. JY and I puked a little in my mouth last time!

If you're trying to get me to do that again, you'll have (re)earnt your tag of shitbag Grin

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 23/07/2019 08:25

I'm a shitbag, what can I say?

FlapsMagazine · 23/07/2019 09:38

Wandering through all the related threads and there's screenshots from a 15 year old who had very inappropriate contact from Yaniv. Her name? Jessica, which he would then go on to adopt. Not too dissimilar to the bloke who attacked Julie Bundle taking a high profile feminist's name. It's almost like there's some creepy agenda going on here folks.

Deadringer · 23/07/2019 11:54

there are no winners here true but there are a lot of losers, women who are losing their livelihoods for a start.

MoleSmokes · 23/07/2019 12:55

BuzzShitbagBobbly that audio is SERIOUSLY disturbing! I wonder if it was sent to one of the girls from the teen band fan club that JY was harassing before the whole, "I'm a LADY!" thing kicked off? The girl who went public is called Louise but maybe there is a "Jessica" too?

Link to official station podcast of the interview www.classichits.ie/podcasts/niall-boylan/episode/interview-with-jessica-yaniv/

GirlDownUnder · 23/07/2019 13:52

Mole nope not Louise, another person has seen all the noise around JY since the publication ban, and felt brave enough to tell her story. I'm wondering how many others we'll here from.

Her name is Jessica (people think her name was JYs inspiration for JY to copy).
She was 14 when he first contacted her on ask.fm and it got pretty unpleasant very quickly.
Have a look at the following link, where you'll see more of what she's said, but her latest tweet looks like something new is going to break soon.
"Also there is a big story coming out in the morning, it's gonna expose JY even way more. #waxmyballs will become #elmothepedo"

I don't feel sorry for JY. But I do think that they're a sick individual who haven't been helped in the least by the TRA community 'affirming' their behaviour and cheering them on from the sidelines, or by a legal system that refuses to enforce boundaries. They're a bit like a monstrous toddler to whom no-one says "no" - allowed to become more and more bullying, more and more convinced the world revolves around them, more and more convinced that their sick fantasies are true, and more and more deeply embedded in their victim status which justifies anything. JY is certainly responsible for their own nasty, manipulative, abusive and spiteful actions. But the backstage cast, the individuals, groups and organisations who like to think they've been 'kind' and 'inclusive', have done JY no favours at all.

GirlDownUnder · 23/07/2019 13:53

Sorry! Hear not here Blush

SittingAround1 · 23/07/2019 13:53

Just listened to the interview on YouTube.
He definitely says women don't have the right to say no.
Those poor women, especially the ones who've lost their jobs and businesses.

At one point I'm sure he says something about how they discriminated because of his race (not meaning ethnicity but being a transwoman) mixing everything up to justify his cause.

merrymouse · 23/07/2019 14:52

I feel really bad for Yaniv. From the interviews, the tweets, etc, they is clearly very unwell.

I think Yaniv's mental state is almost irrelevant.

People like Yaniv will always exist.

The problem is that Canadian law can be used as a weapon by Yaniv.

ArnoldWhatshisknickers · 23/07/2019 15:39

I think Yaniv's mental state is almost irrelevant.

No almost about it, the mental state of all XY trans identifying people is irrelevant.

Law needs to be about principles, not feelings.

Do women or do women not have the right to refuse intimate services to XY people?

Whether those XY people are vile predators like Yaniv, or exploited victims like Jazz Jennings should be irrelevant.

Juells · 23/07/2019 15:49

here, NB would have been hounded then fired, then arrested, for the violent crime of misgendering. Sounds like things aren't so batshit in Ireland.

Unfortunately they really really are. But Classic Hits is a commercial radio station, and NB would thrive on the aggro. His listeners are mainly from the non-woke generations.

Some of his views are a bit dodgy though, because of his own history - IIRC I heard him say that he was one of those babies born in the Mother & Baby homes, so he's not Pro-Choice, which was fairly obvious during the run up to the referendum.

Juells · 23/07/2019 16:09

Do women or do women not have the right to refuse intimate services to XY people?

Surely for a service like this anyone should have the right to refuse service if they want to? If a male was providing the service and someone very smelly came in, could they not refuse?

AngelaScandal · 23/07/2019 16:11

My brain can’t cope with the idea of NB and I being on the same side of an argument

ArnoldWhatshisknickers · 23/07/2019 16:17

If a male was providing the service and someone very smelly came in, could they not refuse?

To be honest I don't think that's a useful comparrison.

The principle at stake is 'can we refuse intimate contact with members of the opposite sex because they are members of the opposite sex'.

I am of the view that the law should say 'yes, yes we can refuse intimate contact with members of the opposite sex'. Yaniv, and trans privilege activists generally, think otherwise.
