So fair play went around an area of Manchester with a large working class and ethnic population. Why could engaging with groups which tend to be left out of and marginalised by public consultations possibly be an issue? Surely it's inclusive?

It's almost as if the shiny image of the suffragette as a sales tool in 2018, doesn't really match up with the actual history of the movement.
