So the dictionary definition of woman is “adult human female”, which is what is being used here.
The dictionary definition of female is “of or denoting the sex that can bear offspring or produce eggs, distinguished biologically by the production of gametes (ova) which can be fertilised by Male gametes”.
So, what if you have any number of medical conditions which prohibits you from producing eggs, are you therefore not a female and therefore not a woman?
You want to fly this flag of womanhood, but actually it’s meaningless as it relies, definitively, upon only the person’s ability to get knocked up.
So this is how you want women to be defined, only by their ability to reproduce? Doesn’t that fly in the face of what feminism actually is? The stepping back of being seen solely as breeders, incubators?
There are, important, points to be made within the self id debate, as I’ve said before using this as the flag to which you represent your ‘cause’ is at best disappointing.
