Wow, the Big Mac of defences - one with The Lot. Balcer is hoping one of them will stick so they can get off from double parricide, going for 'crazy, but not too crazy as to be locked up in a mental institution for life'.
Premeditated murder - did he also deliberately do this before turning 18 to avoid adult justice system? He seemed more upset about killing the dog to be honest.
The timing was impeccable. Little tiny dog "collateral damage". The mother morphed from being 'too caring' into a sexual child abuser and animal torturer (hint to Balcer, statistically more believable if they had accused the father of those things), father 'transphobic', tinnitus turns someone into a psycho killer, and...
Killed them on Halloween.
He wants someone to make movies about him.
Perhaps the film version will have the chihuahua relaying homicidal instructions via the tone that only Balcer and the dog could hear?
At least the brother no longer feels sorry for Balcer, and is angered by the lack of genuine remorse. Good for Christopher, there comes a point when whatever issues are not even an excuse, and the person should be held to account. Particularly when genuine remorse is nowhere to be seen.
The trans thing, just another red herring. No doubt the TRAs will still scramble to Balcer's defence though.
