Stonewall would probably argue some of its staff identify as black and that there is an over-representation of feminine genders, so that's alright then.

There are a few people there who have suspicious looking facial hair. They were likely AFAB.

They probably employ female cleaners, so it’s not only men who work there.

They might also have a staff canteen for women to work in.

In Stonewall-land not a single one of those stats means a thing. Not. A. Damn. Thing.

But do they identify as white? Like that Morgane Oger person from Canada some of them might be 1/32th black and self-identify as BAME.

The 'men' in the photo look to be mostly around 5'2 -5'6...

Doesn't that mean that, at the very least, 52.6% of their staff are genetically female (assuming every single member who identifies as trans also identifies as female)?

But a biologically based range can be calculated from the stats: at the absolute most, 56% of their staff are genetically female (based on all trans identifying staff identifying as male) and, at the absolute least, 52.6% are genetically female (based on all trans identifying staff identifying as female). It's a simple calculation for the latter (56% * 94% = 52.64% genetically female staff). If there is an error, please do point out where it is.

I count 33 staff in the photo (and one stuffed cat), one more than half their declared total number of staff members.

It really depends on how the stuff cat identifies, don't be assuming its gender now. It could well identify as a pot plant. And active member of the Stonewall team.

The error is where transwomen don't say they're trans anymore Gronky, they're women, etc so they just count in the group they want and you're left with nothing resembling an actual set of statistics.

BAME people are ‘underrepresented’ in trans circles partly because it is a social contagion affecting mainly the white middle classes. I am so relieved to here Stonewall are ‘actively addressing’ this issue...

But that 6% is the people who identify as trans. I'd guess a large number of the people in that photo identify as female, regardless of their biology. And the 6% who identify as trans are the specific "transboi" types. After all, Stonewall's policy is TWAW, not TWAT.

So the percentage of females for Stonewall will include a large number of males, and the percentage of trans will be artificially low. As they're all about self-ID the only way this will become apparent is visually.

The stats refer to Stonewall staff. The photo is the formation of the trans advisory group. They are two different things. If you want to know about the demographic make-up of either just ask Stonewall. There are ways to phrase the question you want to ask without being rude. And I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the response. Feel like I’m screaming into the abyss here with people not wanting to engage with the truth so may hide this thread now for my sanity!

It's irrelevant that it's the trans advisory group. They're still all white. And for an issue that impacts females massively (4000% increase in girls being referred with GD), females are staggeringly underrepresented. Before you even factor in that an advisory group for issues which put different groups' rights in direct conflict should really include voices from both sides.

That 23% figure can’t be right surely 100% follow a faith; they only employ fervent believers.
