Hi all
Delurking briefly to point you all in the direction of the Netflix release of Hannah Gadsby's Nanette - a stand up recorded at the Sidney Opera House. I just watched and she's brilliant. Fiercely feminist, funny, passionate, angry, emotional, and so so smart. I hadn't heard of her before but enjoyed it so much I had to share. Off to lurk again now.

I was lucky enough to see Hannah perform 'Nanette' live at the Soho Theatre last March. I was pretty shocked and stunned by it. I also saw her a few years back in Edinburgh. She did a whole show based on art history. It was definitely a festival highlight for me, really funny and very clever. I understand why this is her last stand up show. It's a shame but completely understandable. Nanette is such a brave show.

She is a stunning woman.

Watched this last night and cried. Cried for the child who was sexually assaulted at 15 by an 18 year old who definitely wouldn't have stopped if his dad had t have fun. It hit me watching that last night. My mum must have driven at 70+ to do the journey in the time she did to pick me up.

This needs to be shown in schools
