Of course, those of us who are dogs find the idea that being called a dog is offensive offensive.

I believe the policy is that if we think someone is a troll, we just report it (in the normal way or by posting on the Night watch thread if not mod hours). But sometimes it's less clear what's going on until there are posts cross referencing other threads which makes it clearer that the intent is goading.

I am a genuine member of mumsnet, I am a woman and mother and I just have quite clearly different opinions from all who frequent this board and would not wish to refer to myself as a feminist if this is the general consensus. I didn't see any questions? I last responded to questions from someone who's relative was locked away under the diagnosis of hysteria, that person didn't reply (unless I've missed it scrolling) since that all I skimmed was accusations about mnhq and potato talk.

The OP has a good posting history mainly on childcare related topics. She expressed an opinion some posters didn't agree with or like and the reaction was to call her a troll and/or that she is lying about being a woman.

I don't think MNHQ have deleted any of her posts so presumably they do not think she is a troll.
