Just wondered if anyone else had seen this?

OP posts:
Iminthecclubnow · 13/03/2018 20:26

But amid all of this pussypower, I’ve found myself struggling to communicate with feminist allies, organizers, colleagues, and friends about something that’s been putting me off: the word “woman” itself.

Wow, how can anyone read this and not think that the erasure of women and their rights isn't a top priority in the trans agenda.

Is this shite really still being seen as progressive?

Just shut up. Shut the fuck up.

terryleather · 13/03/2018 20:28

Mouth I agree that we should fight this bs, I absolutely agree, but some days it just feels like the tsunami of bs is going to drown you so you might as well GinGinGin

I'm having one of those days today...

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 20:32

I know, I've had a couple of weeks like that. I'm sick of men making me feel that way.

I am being interviews on Wednesday by the Southampton Echo on the Sex Matters campaign. Wake up Southampton.....

KatherinaMinola · 13/03/2018 20:38

As a nonbinary trans person whose femininity is invalidated and attacked at every turn, I often lack the courage to talk with cis women about the way that their language feels to me. I’m afraid (and reasonably so) that the moment I open my mouth to critique language used by the women’s movement, I’ll have my femininity attacked all over again.

Does anyone know about the pathology of AGP? Is it linked to NPD? Genuinely interested.

AngryAttackKittens · 13/03/2018 20:43

What I don't understand is why anyone avidly follows guys like this and reads every piece of narcissistic drivel that they come out with. Some people seem to find this sort of personality compelling. Why? It's really not that interesting watching someone excavate their own navel in 2000 word essay form, especially not more than once.

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 20:44

@KatherinaMinola
Yes, check out Miranda Yadley's website for tons of info.

Destinysdaughter · 13/03/2018 20:46

Oh FFS. I just can’t be bothered with this shit any more. We’ve got so much real stuff to deal with as women and narcissistic little twats like this who don’t give a shit about women are derailing us at every turn.

PISSED OFF!!!!Angry

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 20:47

The only benefit of reading it is that it resolutely reinforces the need for same sex rights. This is why we have them in the first place. They are moderated when they have to live in the male zone, when they are given free reign over women they are uncontrollable as he is clearly demonstrating.

KatherinaMinola · 13/03/2018 20:50

Thanks mouth, I'll have a read. A lot of these types of posts are reminding me of the behaviour of individuals with NPD.

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 20:56

Yes, its defo NPD.

I mean lots of men are are NPD, I am plagued by married men who feel entitled to philander and have me willingly participate, I seem to attract them like flies round a honey pot. No.....

We used to describe them as thinking they are gods gift to women, now these lot of gender benders really think that's what they are, gods gift to women. Haha.

thebewilderness · 13/03/2018 21:01

3rd rule of misogyny: Women speaking for themselves are exclusionary and selfish.

The indifference of the women is burning a hole in his ego.

terryleather · 13/03/2018 21:05

Hope your interview goes well Mouth!

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 21:08

Well the joy of getting older is I know who to exclude, I've met every version of man on the planet one way or another, I served in the Royal Navy FFS, and I know which ones to say NO TO VERY LOUDLY.

I have three brothers. I have two sons, I had a father, and a father in law, a grandfather. I have male cousins, nephews. I love men. I just know where the boundaries are, it's good for men to know that too.

Just tell them.

ButteredScone · 13/03/2018 21:11

Mansplaining feminism. Women are doing feminism wrong, it would really benefit from being all about Men Like Me.

AreYouTerfEnough · 13/03/2018 21:11

It’s pure NPD. The more aggressive ones are malignant narcissists.

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 21:14

@SunsetBeetch
Thank you, I told him he was not cute.
twitter.com/JaneRobacockle

Nope, you are not cute in any way. It's MEN and femmes. Non negotiable.

Riverside2 · 13/03/2018 21:21

Mouth, well done!

I looked at the "cute ally" comment and just thought, who the fuck thinks you're either?!

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 21:25

My discussion with the journalist will be about how women have lived side by side with genuine transsexuals forever. We have mutual respect, but this is being lost. Men need to deal with their relationship with men in the non transsexual categories presenting now publically. Men need to think about what they are doing with this because women need gay and straight men to be our partners in this and work together with us to meet the needs of this group sensitively. The need has been identified, not the solution, no solution women have contributed to fully and roundly yet exists any where in the world.

KatherinaMinola · 13/03/2018 21:29

I looked at the "cute ally" comment and just thought, who the fuck thinks you're either?!

We all did Grin

Mouthtrousersafrocknowandthen · 13/03/2018 21:41

And why does he think women want to be thought of as cute?

thebewilderness · 13/03/2018 23:19

Narcissists always seem to take self consciousness to heights never dreamed of by normies.

Loellua · 14/03/2018 01:58

I knew an AGP who seemed to think that as an overweight older man in a dress, seeking out casual sex encounters online presenting himself as a “submissive girly slave who wanted to be treated roughly” was the same as being a young woman.

Of course people are entitled to sex in whatever form they choose, fetishes etc, consenting adults and all that.

But what was weird was how he wanted others to support him “as if”
he was a young woman who everyone desired?

He was an ok guy in other ways, but after a while I simply couldn’t support his BS about how all these men were “seeking out his clearly Male beer bellied body to violate and use) and hence I should be showing him solidarity

TerfsUp · 14/03/2018 07:25

The article was so bizarre that I wouldn't know where to start pointing out its flaws in logic.

Cunstancemarkiewicz · 14/03/2018 07:33

Looks like a hod carrier in lipstick.
