Seems to me there are undertones that women should be controlling men better.

Also quite a lot of blatant sexism such as men who aren't married develop "low value for women" which suggests to me that the value women hold is intrinsicly linked to their chastity/marriageability to ID'S

Interested to hear what others think because I'm being a bit inarticulate on this.

I honest to God have no male friends really. I hang out with my female housemate, my sister - oh and one bloke from work and we only ever talk about photography. He's very autistic. And there's the food bank lot.

I don't drink and haven't been in a pub for years. Wtf do you want me to say?

I absolutely agree that there is a great deal of sexism in the world. I don't hear much of it because I live a very quiet life. Whenever I do on occasion I challenge it.

I can't do much because I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, severe depression and mood disorders. My body lacks collage so my joints keep dislocating, and I can't hold my head up properly. The headaches are terrible. I was sexually interfered with as a child. This isn't a sob story: it just hopefully explains why I'm not out and about a lot.

I couldn’t read the article because this annoying full page ad popped up on my phone which I couldn’t make go away. In my case, WW1 and WW2 wiped out a good 90% of men from my background. Really. The only men left to marry were the descendants of the creepy feckers who did it and even if I had wanted to, they are not the type who are interested in marrying us anyway. They just want to sleep with us because they think we are exotic but we know how abusive they are and avoid like the plague. So obviously that is not something I wanted to do. I married a ‘foreigner’ because my #1 criteria was that he should be kind and gentle and he also looks after himself.
