Men blaming our vaginas for things

I don't know about y'all, but this gets on my last nerve. If they want to insult us based on our sex, why do they have to get so personal and vulgar about it? Recently I heard some guys talking about their loved ones and saying they'd trust their friends first because "you can't trust anything that bleeds for 7 days and doesn't die".

The ignorance and these sexist remarks are just too much

Yops, I know we've disagreed on this before, but if you think something sounds sexist or racist or whatever, you have a perfect right to say so. Even if it's a woman spouting some misogynist bullcrap and you're a man. Context only goes so far. You don't have to police random conversations, but if someone says something that is offensive to you, Yops, then why shouldn't you stand up for your own personal, deeply held principles? I know lot of people from an ethnic minority here and some of them do talk a lot of unconsidered shit about their own communities and it's perfectly ok to say, "That sounded really racist". No one has ever come back at me with a "How dare you, as a white person, tell me I'm being racist?" A lot of this stuff is just thoughtless and engrained and, for the most part, people won't mind having that pointed out to them in a polite and restrained I-know-you-didn't-really-mean-that fashion (I'm excepting all the hard-core bigots out there, of course, feel free to swear creatively at them).
