When thinking about Rape, I think sometimes really drunken sex and rape do have a crossover.

I had a talk about this with some female friends Re Ched Evans. A couple claimed that Uni they, semi regularly, woke up in bed with men they didn't recognise with a really fuzzy memory of what happened and sometimes no memory at all.

They pieced things together from what friends, the man himself, picture evidence told them.

Looking back they were a bit horrified, and after much debate agreed, to an extent, that in the legal definition they were probably raped. They themselves didnt see it that way.

What I meant is , when you say it is not difficult to tell the difference, do you mean from the point of view of the person experiencing the event, or from the point of view of people hearing about the event afterwards?
I'd probably agree with you if you meant the former, but disagree if you meant the latter.
