Then a few minutes later, it had changed to 6/25, to show the Tuesday. Cue another screen shot.

Twitter was soon awash with the two images, next to each other, and I bet that in the "secret meeting" that took place behind close doors to decide on the matter, this was shown to the Republicans. They wouldn't have conceded otherwise.

The rich, white male Republican Governor (Rick Perry) said yesterday (before the debate), "we value all life in Texas."

That same Governor recently signed off Texas' 500th death penalty warrant.

In his 11 years as Governor, Rick Perry has signed off over half of the Texas death warrants, with tonight's execution bringing him up to 261.

The state that values all life huh?!
