Would anyone like to complain about these?

OP posts:
tethersend · 12/04/2013 23:55

Jesus, who designed that collection? Jimmy Savile?

UnderwaterBasketWeaving · 12/04/2013 23:56

They are horrific. Why is there even a market for them?! Do they come with a free SS check?

YoniRanger · 13/04/2013 00:05

Gross. Hmm

MichaelPortaloo · 13/04/2013 00:28

Are they 'designed' or is this one of those things where you search 'porn' within baby clothes and it gets all of the (albeit tasteless horrid) slogans in the system and dumps them on the romper suits? As opposed to adult tshirts.

Similar thing on amazon a while ago and an algorithm or something was blamed.

duchesse · 13/04/2013 00:34

I agree with Michael. Might still be worth kicking up a fuss though...

tethersend · 13/04/2013 00:34

That's got to be it, Michael, surely?

I think children and porn are universally reviled...

MichaelPortaloo · 13/04/2013 00:37

I searched 'potato' and got a sleep suit with a potato on it. And one with chips saying 'small fry'.

MichaelPortaloo · 13/04/2013 00:39

Ah yes there you go.

Choose 'baby clothing' in the drop down box to the left of the search box and then add 'porn' to that. (Took me a minute. Had a wine)

Why were you searching for porn in baby clothes OP? Very odd.

tethersend · 13/04/2013 00:42

Oh yeah... I just tried it with ashtrays. And nuns. PAGES of results Grin

Might be a good idea to point out to the company that some slogans shouldn't be available on baby clothes though.

This one for example :-/

Tortington · 13/04/2013 00:44

where does one complain?

Mumcentreplus · 13/04/2013 00:44

I don't a toss how it was found..why tha heck is this sickness on children's clothing?

Mumcentreplus · 13/04/2013 00:45

forgot to say 'give'..lol between don't and a..

MichaelPortaloo · 13/04/2013 00:50

You're going to complain to a company that people can enter search terms on their site?

Maybe complain about OP - they're the one searching out grubby baby clothes.

DioneTheDiabolist · 13/04/2013 00:50

These outfits are not designed by porn-sick men. They are designed by profiteers.Sad. It is not about sexual gratification. It is about profit.

Paedophiles are peadophiles. The market is about money. And if there is money to be made that's ok. Isn't it?

Bessie123 · 13/04/2013 00:52

Oh my god, that is disgusting. There is one that says 'world's best porn star'. It is beyond shocking, how repulsive

Startail · 13/04/2013 00:55

I bet non of these clothes exist.
They are a t-shirt printing house, like exists in the dodgy end of most towns.

They just stand up all sorts of dodgy slogans so they appear in as may searches as possible.

YoniDaChillOut · 13/04/2013 00:56

why were you searching 'porn' and 'romper suits' op? Confused

tethersend · 13/04/2013 00:56

I think Michael's right, it's an oversight- the site has a number of slogans and a number of items of clothing, and they can be randomly interspersed using the search terms.

They just haven't realised that you can 'design' porn babygros.

MichaelPortaloo · 13/04/2013 00:57

Startail - I've already tried that one. I expect the professionally offended will ignore our posts and climb onto the bandwagon anyhoo. How do I hide a thread on the iPhone app?! This one might push me over the edge Wink

ThingummyBob · 13/04/2013 00:58

I agree with Michael.

These products do not exist unless someone orders them, and even then I'm sure someone tried it once and the 'order' did not go through on something offensive.

On the website it simply shows images of the products with the terms of the search you have requested on them.

Bessie123 · 13/04/2013 00:59

Doesn't make the company look good though, does it? Daily Fail would love this one, if it didn't hate mn more than anything else

MichaelPortaloo · 13/04/2013 01:02

I think it makes the person who is searching for PORN in BABY CLOTHES look worse than the company.

Tortington · 13/04/2013 01:03

so how does one complain?

MichaelPortaloo · 13/04/2013 01:05

Look it up Custardo. Shall we write it for you too?

Tortington · 13/04/2013 01:08

it was an honest question no need to be a twat about it
