that you are too hot, so turn the heating off and then get too cold agaon very quickly and have to turn it back on again and it means gwtting up hen all you want to do is sit down and MN.

I was allowed to light the fire when I was about 6, and use the huge newspapers as a draw sheet- those were the days.

although one of my trees partially committed suicide or has survived an attempted murder so am sorted for logs next winter

Secret We moved into a place with a gas fire, and I was all excited about being able to curl up in front of a real fire, that is until we found out it was condemned and the landlord had forgotten to tape it off :(
