... Google suggests 'craigslist' as it's top suggestion. Based purely on my typing the letter c.

How many skanky men people must be using that site for this to be the case?

And in which case, how many seemingly respectable, loving husbands and fathers are using this site?

You only get access to that section of the site if you input your Patriarchy Party Number (PPN), or, if you're one of the lizard people, your Scale ID. If you don't have a PPN you can be issued with one once you've got in contact with and been approved by the UK national co-ordinater, David Icke.
