If you don't snack, what do you eat for each meal?

Curious....as I'd like to cut out snacking but I know I couldn't last between meals.

Also to help with the massive salad alerts

People could indicate roughly how many calories they are eating / if they are losing or gaining weight / their approximate daily need

Which is another way of saying just knowing what other people eat won't necessarily help

I don't generally snack or eat desserts. Mostly because I just don't feel hungry outside of meals.

Morning: 2 strong coffees

Brunch/lunch: something reasonably large & satisfying such as leftovers from the night before, or a big plate of pasta, or avocado toast and eggs, or a bowl of ramen.

Dinner: again something substantial usually involving meat & 2 veg + wine.

That usually keeps me going!

Porridge or yogurt and granola plus fruit for breakfast, sandwich or leftovers for lunch, whatever I cook for tea. If there's no snacks you can't eat (poor will power here, when kids were young the only snacks in the house were mint clubs because I hate mint!)

Lunch massive salad

Massive salad alert!

This whole thread is a look how healthy my diet is stealth boast

You're being silly now. I happen to love salad. I make interesting and filling salads, not just the boring lettuce, tomato and cucumber trio.

I hope that's not an average days eating.

That is an average day for me. I try to eat healthily and obvs yesterday wasn't that great nutritionally, but I relax more at the weekend.

I am 52 and menopausal and put weight on easily after a lifetime of being super slim. Menopause has given me a markedly reduced appetite so a smallish lunch and an evening meal is enough. Not saying it's enough for everyone, but it is for me.

Intermittent fasting, two meals a day, no snacking.

11am-12pm - eggs, cheese, bacon, buttered toast, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives. Some fruit.

5pm - dinner, dessert, eat until I feel full.

Maybe enough in that you don’t feel hungry, if indeed you don’t, although that’s just because you’re body gets used to not eating. No way you are getting everything you need though.
