How can I find a book that I don't know the title of?

For years I've been wanting to re-read a book from my childhood, but I can't remember the title or the author, although I have a pretty good recall of the plot. Does anyone know of a website where you can search key words from the text of the book, or key words about the plot? [hopeful emoticon]

Thank you sooooo much Soupy, I'll be your devoted slave forever (or until I've finished reading the book, whichever comes first).

I've had a look on Amazon, and it turns out that it's a trilogy. I can't wait!!!!!

Train whistle blowin', makes a sleepy noise
Underneath their blankets go all the girls and boys
Rockin', Rollin', Ridin', out along the bay
All bound for Morningtown, many miles a-way

Driver at the engine, Fireman rings the bell
Sandman swings the lantern to say that all is well
Rockin', Rollin', Ridin', out along the bay
All bound for Morningtown, many miles a-way

Maybe it is raining where our train will ride
All the little trave'lers are warm and snug in-side
Rockin', Rollin', Ridin', out along the bay
All bound for Morningtown, many miles a-way

Somewhere there is sunshine, somewhere there is day
Somewhere there is Morningtown, many miles a-way
Rockin', Rollin', Ridin', out along the bay
All bound for Morningtown, many miles a-way

All bound for Morningtown, many miles a-way

It was that thread about books that have changed your outlook on life that made me think of it again. When I was quite an irritating atheist it made me see that religions have a useful function both to individuals and society even if they don't have (what I would consider to be) definite proof. Plus it's a real page turner of a novel.

I'm of Soupy's loft, my book collection has to be drastically culled at least once a year because we don't have enough storage. When I build my own home I'm going to have a library. Even with a library I wouldn't have Soupy's incredible organisational ability to find one particular book in anything less than a whole afternoon. I'm very, very impressed.

Trust me, if it hadn't been in the right place in what happened to be the first box, I could still be up there!! There are several piles of those cardboard fruit crate boxes up there with my pre-housemove book collection in, all pointing spine up. Now I think about it, I had to pack them up when I gave over "my" room to DS1 6 years ago
