Has Anyone Read the Black Dagger Brotherhood Books by JR Ward?

I am on book 4 at the moment and just loving them - I really don't want them to end. Has anyone read them and enjoyed them? If so, what did you read next?

(That said I really liked the 15:43 one for Butch - complete with designer-label underwear.)

I just finished my re-read of the first six. It was probably a year between readings and I'd forgotten just how much I loved them. Have pretty much read the Insider's guide from cover to cover too (so much for it seeing me through to Lover Mine).

Sandy - did you know that guy's name is Matthias Streitwieser. He died in a mountaineering accident in June 2009 . One fine looking angel. He does make a great V!

Usually, come Friday, I have a clear picture of the Brother in question, his shellan and associated charactes but I can't pick a Butch - too much lush choices!!

Neon: How to train your Dragon was okay - kids loved it - we went to McD's first and he got one of the dragons in his happy meal so was holding onto that tightly throughout the film and for once I didn't fall asleep!

Insted of quotes this week, a small excerpt from the book.

"In slow motion Vishous's dark head dropped down, and there was a silken brush as his goatee moved against Butch's throat. With delicious precision, Vs fangs pressed against the vein that ran up from Butch's heart, then slowly, inexorably, punched through the skin. Their chests merged.
Butch closed his eyes and absorbed the feel of it all, the warmth of their bodies so close, the way V's hair felt soft on his jaw, the slide of a powerful male arm as it slipped around his waist. On their own accord, Butch's hands left the pegs and came to rest on V's hips, squeezing the hard flesh, bringing them together from head to foot. A tremor went through one of them. Or maybe...shit it was like they both shuddered.

I think that is one of my favourite brotherhood quotes. I love the B/V relationship and that it sits so happily alongside the relationships with their Shellans.
