I am on book 4 at the moment and just loving them - I really don't want them to end. Has anyone read them and enjoyed them? If so, what did you read next?

Stewie: hope you enjoy the BDB books. I have the first Kresley Cole book but haven't gotten round to reading it yet

I have just reread Rhages story swoon. I just cannot chose between him and Wrath, I can't, I can't and I wont.

I want Rhage and Mary to adopt a little vampire baby - there must be lots out there.

Sandy - I didnt really like Covet - in fact I only skim read it, should I give it a proper go?

Stewie- I only managed one book of the Charlaine Harris's other series - you right, not enough vampires!!!

ATinofBiscuits · 07/03/2010 09:59

Hands of Rhage FnD, I have first dibs on him, although blonds are not normally my thing, I think for him I will make an exeception!

Am like a cat on a hot tin roof awaiting my books, could strangle my postman tomorrow if I don't get my books

Can't face the final of the Twilight books, it looks so big, and I have found the books less and less well written as I have progressed through them.

So am re-reading book 1, just got to the part where Wrath 'marks' Beth my oh my!

FnD · 07/03/2010 11:18

Ha! well I have just done the quiz again and got Rhage first time which proves he is mine so there .

Am going to attempt to be a grown up for a few minutes now...

FnD: I didn't think Covet was great but think it will get better and also thought I read it too soon because I'm still not over BDB - re-reading Z's story and bloody loving it! Also, you can have Rhage - Zsadist is all mine

OP posts:
ATinofBiscuits · 07/03/2010 17:01

It's a deal! Rhage is MINE! (At least until I read books 4,5,6 & 7)

ATinofBiscuits · 07/03/2010 17:19

Please don't tell me that there are plans to make BDB into a film. I would just hate to have my imagination overwritten by Hollywood's version.

The women would all look like desperate housewives

Sandy22 · 07/03/2010 17:21

Tin: don't think there are any plans to make a film and I'm glad - like you said I like what my imagination has already in my mind

You know Sandy, in view of my postal disappointment, I have decided to order everything now, including book 8 as this wait is killing me.

Sandy22 · 07/03/2010 17:51

Tin: very good idea, I ordered the box set altogether.

OP posts:
dreamworldfullofUNICORNS · 07/03/2010 22:32

Definatly do that Tin, I ordered the box set, and then book 7 and 8 as soon as I had read book 1, I knew I would be wanting them!

I can't wait for Book 8, I think John Matthews book is going to be fab.

NeonCupcakes · 07/03/2010 23:04

I got V on the quiz .

Second attempt I got Rehv .

Definately get all of them on standby. I gave in and ordered the insider's guide on Sandy's recommendation. I wasn't all that keen on Book 6(Phury) and almost gave up. Thank the Scribe Virgin I didn't - I would have missed out on Book 7!

Sandy22 · 08/03/2010 08:05

Neon: Yeh I agree Phury's book is the only one I didn't like.

OP posts:
ATinofBiscuits · 08/03/2010 09:18

Tin opens front door looking for any sign of postman....(no doubt this will be repeated at 20 minute intervals throughout the day!)

Sandy22 · 08/03/2010 12:22

Tin: Hope you get a delivery today

OP posts:
dreamworldfullofUNICORNS · 08/03/2010 14:25

ooo Tin, i hope your postman delivers!!

Neon/Sandy.... Phury's book was hard work, i wanted to skim the Phury bits just to get everyone elses news.

Sandy22 · 08/03/2010 14:33

Dream: yes Phury's book is hard work but Rhev's book which is next is just great

OP posts:
NeonCupcakes · 08/03/2010 14:45

Glad it wasn't just me that found Phury's book tough going. I really thought the series had run out of steam.

ATinofBiscuits · 08/03/2010 14:46

Well, stand by women, THE POSTMAN HAS COME

I have in my rough hands Lover Revealed and Lover Unbound! I may be gone for sometime...

dreamworldfullofUNICORNS · 08/03/2010 14:56

Tin..... see you in a few days!! Enjoy lover revealed and hang in there with lover unbound.! Order Rehvs book now as your postman is so slow!

Sandy22 · 08/03/2010 15:51

Tin: whoooo hooooo - enjoy

OP posts:
Sandy22 · 08/03/2010 15:52

Dream: yep I read Dark Lover again - I still on Zsadists book for the 3rd time and reading it very slowly savouring every little moment . I'm going to move onto Cat & Bones or Midnight Breeds next.
