I'm trying to broaden what I read and I have never read any Terry Pratchett - where on earth would I start with him ? He seems to have so many that are linked but I'm not sure what the starting point is ? Thanks guys x

i had a peculiar experience while reading another author's book, suddenly transported into the Watch in Ankh Morpork. From ancient Rome's vigiles. in one of Lindsey Davis' Albia books. Not the first, nor any Falco books though they've been in the vigiles before, but this one had the very feel of it. I almost expected Vimes. I wonder what Davis has been reading
