Ulysses is quite hard going but well worth it!

I haven't read The Young Visiters .

I know, I need to pick it up again. I loved Portrait of the Artist so I prob would enjoy it given the chance

DoctorsWife - how many have you read? Although I am reading Tess of the D'urbervilles which is no. 26 I have not read all the top 25. I need to do His Dark Materials (a trilogy so a bit of a cheat but then I suppose the same could be said for Lord of the Rings) and Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy soon. DH has the Pullman books but I might need to request Hitchhiker's Guide at the library.

I do intersperse with lighter reading, mind you.
