No chick lit.
No Richard and Judy recommendations. Not approved by Oprah. Can be modern or classic but must be wonderful. Can't be hard can it?

Checking them out on Amazon now. Thirteenth Tale sounds great. Patrick Gale. Which one would you recommend? I've read pretty much all Maupin but Gale a new one.
