I can't resist a shiny new thread for us now we are all wiing for our books to arrive.

I am enjoying my book, but as mostly everyone has said, not like my regular choice, so really pleased and hoping to be introduced to a few new authors. We are away for just over a week tomorrow, so please dont count me out if you dont get a quick response, the soonest I can post is 25 January (as long as I have an address!)
Think this really fab and frequently find new gems when I step out of my comfort zone.
Andy, I just loved this book- hope you do to! If you see any others by the author in reasonable print size (Im visually impaired) please let me know, Im finding this harder than you would imagine....

But I do have the next one set up for next year or should I join another book circle as well as this one?

The book I'm reading is a long one so will take me all month, I think! I am enjoying it, though.

Glad you like it Meg. I'm home alone tonight so planning an early night and will probably finish mine - bliss! Happy to wait to send it on though.

Ahh! yes. that book.
I've had a total book clear out, and have put them back on the shelves in author alphabetical order. All the ones I don't like any more are going on ebay or in the bin, dependent on condition. Which now means that the 6' by6' bookcase is still full but all the books are now standing up without any lying on top of the others. The tidyness won't last long as we now need more space for DS2's education type stuff.

There's now a dedicated Book Swaps topic, praps we should start making the individual book threads there now, plus start a new general chat/admin type one, and let this drop off the list?
