When a small but mischievous tapir guest comes to stay with Mango and Bambang in the busy city, things soon get into a rather troublesome tangle...

Tiny Tapir Trouble is the third book in the charmingly illustrated series all about Mango Allsorts - a girl good at all sorts of things - and Bambang - a curious, courageous tapir, and her best friend. We're giving away 30 copies of the book so apply for yours now! This book is for ages 6+

We ask all winners to share their thoughts (and their children's thoughts) about the book on this discussion thread. However, you don't have to win a free copy to take part in the discussion - anyone who has read Mango & Bambang: Tiny Tapir Trouble can post their feedback here (and you can buy the book now).

Everyone who posts on this thread before 1 November will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Love2shop voucher.

I love tapirs, but have never seen them characterised in a children's book before!

FeelingSmurfy · 26/09/2016 00:01

We liked that it was split in to 4 shorter stories, but that they all linked up too

The Mango and Bambang series is excellent. The expressions on Bambang's face at times are priceless. This book is broken up into four chapters. Each chapter is just about the right length (for us anyway) for a bed time read. It is both charming and funny. Great for early readers and suitable for someone to read to younger children. My son liked Guntur, especially when he was pretending to be 'Super Tapir'. His favourite character was Bambang because he was 'brave'.

A very different book and a TAPIR is not your average pet / animal the children know. Great for the imagination and we had lots of giggles

stewaris · 05/10/2016 06:38

My grandson loved this and has read t at least twice on his own after I read it to him. Great!

Starfish78 · 05/10/2016 09:58

This is the third book of this charming illustrated series, about a little girl and a tapir.

"MAY THERE BE MANY MORE "

snowplum · 11/10/2016 20:18

We read this together and my daughter who is 7 loved it so much! The way that Bambang was a good friend and helped really appealed to her and she liked Mango too The illustrations are so cute! I am hoping she will revisit to read by herself as I think it is just the right level for her.

Mozarmstrong · 14/10/2016 13:40

gold4 · 15/10/2016 10:01

My Son loves these books and has them all they are the first books he has read to himself so they are a hit with our family!

4isplenty · 15/10/2016 10:12

What a lovely treat. Such a gorgeous book. Hardback, which I always think makes it a bit more special, fantastic illustrations and a wonderful story, told in intertwining chapters. We loved it, and talking about the stories which always had a thoughtful underlining. I am sold and will be acquiring the other books. Thank you for letting me discover these tales :)
