I really liked how Gillian Flynn ended Gone Girl. I think if you picked the story apart there are a few holes but she did it with aplomb.

Some of the stuff she bought with credit cards would surely have had to be signed for and how did she stash it all without the nosy neighbour seeing anything. I didn't notice it in the book but it is a glaring plot hole in the film.
