is anyone interested in forming one with me? I was in one years ago and loved it. Anyone interested - not avirtual one, one where you meet up and chat and have a glass of wine? Is this the right place to post?

I really can't make Friday I'm afraid (had no idea that there's now a Costas in Stevenage .... only found out today there's one in Letchworth too) ...... have Tumbletots etc.

But I am still definitely interested in this. I can email anyone with my details if they're happy to put up their address, or alternatively, let me know and I'll create a new email address for myself just to get the ball rolling. (Don't want to disclose my real addy on the boards as it's my name).

I'm bumping this up because our book group has now been up and running for a while. There are 5 of us and we have so far dissected 4 books.

If there's anyone else who lives in North Herts, who also loves reading, and who also enjoys a good chat, we're now looking for another member (maybe even a couple of people) to join us.

We've been meeting at each others' homes around every month or so, but will probably meet every 6 weeks from now on due to various commitments. It doesn't matter if you can't make all the meetings - we understand that real life has a habit of interrupting things every so often, but obviously, the more of us there are, the more chance there is of a good number of us being able to make the date and have a good old chinwag about that month's book.

We're all pretty normal - 30s & 40s, but your age doesn't matter. Do leave a note if you'd like to give this a try .... it's great fun.
