We’ve got 50 copies of That Girl from Nowhere to giveaway this week, the new novel by bestselling author Dorothy Koomson.

Adopted as a baby, the only connection Clem has to her birth mother is a cardboard box hand-decorated with butterflies. Now as an adult, the tangled truths about her adoption and childhood start to unravel, causing Clem to question whether the price of having contact with her birth family could be too high to pay. Click here to find out more and apply for a free copy.

Don't forget, if you're lucky enough to win a copy of That Girl from Nowhere we do ask that you tell us what you think about the book on the thread below, or write a review here.

This was the first book by Dorothy Koomson I had read and I loved it! I actually enjoyed feeding in the middle of the night so I could continue reading it. I thought it was very unpredictable and I couldn't wait to find out what happened next. It was very well written but also easy to read. It touched on subjects I have little knowledge of and I found it a real incite into these issues. I would now like to read another of her books.

I love Dorothy Koomson books but I am struggling with this one. I will persevere but I am not finding it as gripping as the other books written by her which I have read.

Finally finished 3 months after I started the book and although it wasn't terrible, in my opinion it isn't one of Dorothy Koomson's best novels.

Beautiful!
This book is so well written and was such a joy to read, once started, I couldn't put it down!
The characters are realistic and well crafted. The storyline crosses so many taboos and barriers in such a fabulous way - adoption, race, emotion, death, euthanasia, so many and in such a frank and honest way.
I truly recommend this book to all - you will enjoy it!
