The book you return to again and again. I have just finished reading three new quite heavy books and fancy re reading something that I've enjoyed before so hoping to pick your collective brains Grin

Girl with the Dragon tattoo. Have read it so many times I know it off by heart! (Almost!)
Love re-visiting it.

Currently reading the Professors Housekeeper and it is a nice easy, enjoyable read

Laura Ingalls Wilder series is the most comforting.

Also, James Herriot books, Adrian Mole, Jane Eyre. A book called Rosina Copper which I haven't read in years as I've lost it but it used to be a great comfort read.

ballroomblitz · 02/02/2014 22:34

Wuthering Heights. I know it gets a bad rap but I love it.

Read quite a few times; Cloud Atlas, 1984 and the five people you meet in heaven which always make me cry.

I love lots of the above, but for me it has to be The Forsyte Saga - John Galsworthy.

Such a great view of those times & I must have read it at least 15 times (I am old) & still enjoy it every time I re read it.

RabbitPies · 03/02/2014 00:12

Adding "Interview With The Vampire" to my list.
