Well-written chick lit?

Please don't flame me, but am after some easy reading! Can anyone recommend any well-written, not too cringey chick lit (or even mum lit)?
Or anything easy going and funny (eg really loved The Common Reader)?

Try Christina Jones, particularly Jumping To Conclusions and the one about the greyhound. The later ones get a bit too silly with all the magic spells, though Heaven Sent has good characters.

Maybe you're right decaff. I struggle a bit with the definition of chick lit.
