Book giveaway - what am I doing wrong?!

So here I am at 7pm with my first bookclub email - poised to fill out a form...

and all the links for each book either go to amazon (for the blurb) or to a mumsnet review page with "This form is currently private and cannot be viewed by the general public" at the bottom...

... am I doing something wrong? Clicking wrong? I was so ready to get a free book!

We're so sorry - there's been a glitch but it's fixed now. We're going to open all the forms at 7.30pm this evening. Good luck everyone and sorry again for the delay this evening.

I'm not getting a form, it's just going straight through to the Amazon page and I don't get the book club emails any more - tisn't fair I tell you.

Click the link where it says '50 copies to giveaway' and you'll be taken to the book giveaway page (if you click the title of the book it does take you to Amazon). Sorry to hear you're not getting the book club email. We'll get our tech team to check out why this is happening and get back to you in the morning.

First of all big apologies for the delay in opening the forms last night. There was a glitch which we rectified and hopefully this shouldn't happen again. We're listening to all your ishoos and concerns about how the book giveaways work and are going to figure out a system which we'll put into practice next month which we hope will be more convenient and ensure everyone has a chance to access the books. This said, do bear in mind that 250 people will be getting free books this month so it's not all bad Smile

With regard to receiving the newsletter; make sure you're signed up to receive the bookclub newsletter, check that we have the right email address for you and also check your spam and junk folders in case it's been filtered.

As soon as we have a concrete plan as to how it's going to work next month, we'll post guidelines up here.

I've clicked on every link in the email and still get the message that this form is currently private and cannot be viewed by the public. I'm still logged into Mumsnet and am signed up for the books email. What else should I do?

The forms are all closed now Janthea as the books all went last night.
