I am struggling! Was assaulted at work today and have spent half the afternoon in the hospital and the other half with the police and I really want comfort food. Have been picking at chicken but it's not quite the same is it?

Thank you girls - I'm still quite shaken, got punched on the head by a drug crazed woman and it's kind of made me realise how vulnerable I am at work sometimes. Doesn't happen a lot thankfully. My head is still sore and not just from the punch but also from listening to Dh ranting on about people who abuse his wife - give me strength!!! Punch wasn't meant for me either, was meant for my boss and I got in the way

well i know i dont deserve it seeing as though i have been naughty on and off, but i have lost 4lbs
in 11 days, im getting weighed always on a friday now as it gives me the week to work any weekend indulgences off
